Chicago fusion guitarist Robert Baglione lets it all hang out on his latest release, Positive Charge. This is jazz fan and musician-oriented music, full of odd, funky grooves, long solos, and chops aplenty. There are also guest spots by heavy hitters like Victor Wooten, Bill Dickens, and Kirk Covington.
